What's weird too is I previously had Need for Speed 2015 downloaded before I did a system reset too. I don't even have this issue when I tried playing Rivals. I played through the entire game with a steam controller mapped out with Xbox controls. Some controllers can be detected as a wheel and gamepad which Effs up the handling (hyper sensitive) and drags the ebrake. I don't have this issue in any other racing game, or any game for that matter. Go into configs for game pad, scroll over to wheel and set all inputs to an unused key. I've closed Steam (since I know Steam hijacks controllers sometimes), but so far, NOTHING has fixed it. Head all the down till you get to number 69, the BURGER KING CHALLENGE.
